Store Credit or Gift:

  • For exchanges, we offer store credit or the option to gift a piece from our comeback collection.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within the 5-day return window for eligible items. Due to the limited nature of our stock, we encourage customers to act quickly to secure their sizes.

Final Sale Items:

  • Pre-orders, limited edition items, and marked-down purchases (including those with discounts or promo codes) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Past Orders:

  • We will not offer refunds on orders placed during our inactive period. However, we will provide store credit or exchanges for any issues that arise.

Eligibility:

  • All returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
