Shipping policy

Shipping Method:

• Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion.

Processing and Shipping Time:

• Most items ship within 5-10 business days. High-demand items may take up to 1-3 weeks for fulfillment.
• Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• PHLEMUNS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For such issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Signature Requirements:

• Packages do not require a signature upon delivery. If you’d like to require a signature, please email orders@phlemuns.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Changing Shipping Address:

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Orders will only be shipped to the address entered at checkout.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any packages returned to PHLEMUNS will incur additional costs to re-ship.

International Shipping:

• PHLEMUNS now ships internationally! Please note that the price of international shipping does not include taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees will vary depending on your country and will be assessed at the point of delivery by your local customs office.
